        Before you send your idea

        What can I personalise?

        Tell us which product you have chosen and the name, initials or artwork you would like to add. Available options depend on the product and will be reviewed with your request.

        Can I send my own logo or design?

        Yes. Attach a PNG, JPG or PDF file up to 5 MB using the form. A clear file helps us review the artwork; the print or engraving details must be confirmed before production.

        How do I request a gift set?

        Mention the occasion, quantity and the pieces you would like to combine. You can also prepare a selection using our gift builder and include its details in your message.

        Where do I add my MISK CARD details?

        Choose the card colour and print finish on the MISK CARD product page. Add the name, logo and QR preference there, or send us a question using the form.

        Need help with an existing order?

        Select “Existing order” and include your order number, the email used for the order and a short description of the help you need.
